How MAMO helps (STR or LTR)

Guest ops facts (when under management
For managed short-term stays:
– Booking model: by request (WhatsApp / form). No “instant book” claim on this page. Nightly and monthly may both apply for the same inventory style once a live unit page exists — this catch page omits prices and sends owners to WhatsApp.
– Guest check-in (managed stays): 1 pm.
– Wi-Fi: free at reception (slow / limited). In-apartment Wi-Fi is not included; guests can buy a mobile data package (from €10 / 40 GB).
– Parking: free parking on request, subject to availability. If the main lot is full: external/paid car park EGP 50 per day (ops caveat).
Hotel-unit management
MAMO is known for hotel-unit / holiday-rental management. Some Skandic/Scandic owners want check-in standards, linen, and guest messaging — that sits under the STR mandate above (same WhatsApp queue, tagged rental owner). Owner management fee % / exclusivity: TBD — ask WhatsApp.
