Option A — Short-term / hotel apartment (STR)
For: owners who want holiday and short-stay guests.
We need: unit readiness (furniture, linens, access), house rules, max guests, blocked dates, willingness to confirm pricing proposals, keys / check-in agreement, guest-quality photos.
We handle (process, not guarantees): marketing on our rent sites and the channels our rental team already runs; guest communication and bookings; cleaning and turnover under our current STR process; calendar transparency under the reporting rhythm we agree with you.
Option B — Long-term (LTR)
For: owners who want a monthly or annual tenant, not hotel turnover.
We need: target rent and deposit expectations, lease length, furnished or unfurnished, the lawful tenant criteria you set, viewing access.
We handle: marketing on the right channels, tenant screening support, a handover checklist. STR and LTR calendars are never mixed without your OK.
What we never promise
- Occupancy or “guaranteed” income.
- Yields as promises. Where returns are mentioned, they are typically 7–12%, never guaranteed.
